my neighbor's wife may be a Romanchal. I have so many questions. Seriously.

My Cat is 21 Years Old...
I was irritated that he chooses to pee all over the bathroom floor. It's almost like he does it on purpose (I've seen that smirk on his fury face after I cleaned the pad). He had his butt out of the old litter and peed all over the floor. When we got him a new walk in litter, he managed to continue to stick his butt out and pee all over the floor. We finally wised up and got puppy pads, but it's a pain to clean up three times a day. (How do parents clean up baby crap every hour?)
The weird thing is that Cookie likes to travel and his last trip was a 6 hour drive up north -nothing new for him. When we returned, he had trouble walking. I was so bad I didn't think he was going to make it to eat, drink, and pee. But the vet said everything was okay and tests came back normal. I asked if the attitude could've damaged something or changed something and she said, "It might, just keep an eye on him."
1 month later, he's a lot better, but still does his side-winder walk and is unsteady. I did research and people said when the same thing happened to their cat, it took a turn for the worst within 3 days and eventually the furbaby had to be put to sleep. That made me more thankful for Cookie. Cleaning up pee isn't all that bad. He is still sassy and bossy. Even though he side-winds, he's relatively normal.
